Firstly Ticket Royale would like to thank you for booking with us. The following Terms & Conditions should help answer any queries or questions you may have. Otherwise, do not hesitate to contact us.

The following are the rules or "TERMS" that govern use of Royale Events Limited and Web Site ("SITE") by USER, the USER of the SITE ("USER"). By using Royale Events Limited and / or visiting the SITE, USER expressly agrees to be bound by these TERMS and to follow these TERMS and all applicable laws and regulations governing the SITE. Royale Events Limited and reserves the right to change these TERMS at any time, effective immediately upon posting on the SITE. If USER violates these TERMS Royale Events Limited and may terminate USERs access to the SITE, bar USER from future use of the SITE, cancel USERs ticket order, and/or take appropriate legal action against USER.

Ticket Royale is a secondary marketplace for fans to buy tickets for concerts, festivals, sports, theatre and many other live entertainment events all over the world. A wide variety of tickets and hospitality packages are available ranging from ticket only right up to full hospitality. Ticket Royale prides itself on service and we only offer tickets and hospitality we can deliver.


We pride ourselves on being able to offer those hard to get tickets that everybody wants. We supply a wide selection of tickets for all sold out events and cater to all budgets. Our mission is to provide fans with a convenient way to purchase tickets to those must see events. We have become a leading ticket seller by providing a risk-free and secure environment for fans to buy tickets. It is the attitude that makes us different; we are passionate about events and getting our customers into the ones that they wish to attend!



To be able to obtain premium tickets for high demand events we incur many costs as a company and the difficulty we have in acquiring these tickets are reflected in the price. Prices fluctuate deepening on the demand of the event and the amount of tickets available in the marketplace. Ticket Royale provides a superior consumer service to our customers and feel we offer great value for money. Face value prices for each event are set by the event organisers.


Once an order is placed and paid for, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. We are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets, and we regret that we cannot under any circumstances issue duplicate tickets. The client should note that the right to cancel or "cooling off period" provided by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 does not apply to the sale of event tickets. All sales are final.



If an event is cancelled by the artist or promoter, we will refund for the FACE VALUE of the tickets only. If an event is rescheduled by the artist or promoter your tickets will carry over to the new date. We do not have any control over these events. We will not be liable for costs of travel fares, hotels, or any other expenses that may be incurred if a concert is cancelled/rescheduled. It is your responsibility to ensure the concert is going ahead before traveling. We will do our best to inform you if the date has been changed but we do not accept liability if we are unable to contact you. We strongly advise that you check before making arrangements. 


We will endeavour to deliver your tickets as soon as possible. Usually, tickets will be dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery within 7 days from the time of booking. For the majority of events, tickets will be delivered two weeks before the event takes place. In some cases, due to the nature of the business, tickets do not arrive with us until shortly before the concert date. These tickets are held back by the promoter or supplier as a prevention measure against loss of tickets, fraud or counterfeiting of the tickets. In extreme circumstances, tickets do not arrive with us until the week or date of the show. If the tickets arrive with us too late to be posted, we will arrange for you to collect your tickets either from our office or from a representative at the venue.


If your first choice of tickets is not available after booking, we reserve the right to upgrade your seats at no extra cost. We will endeavour to contact you if an upgrade is not available, and will offer you options for the same event on a different date. If none of these options are available or suitable, we will offer you the next best seats available, along with a partial refund to cover the difference. Bookings for (6) or more seated tickets will be allocated as close together as possible, please contact us before booking. If a problem arises tickets will be supplied in pairs as close together as possible.In the rare instance Ticket Royale cannot supply any alternative tickets, you will be issued with a 100% refund. Please also note by purchasing a ticket from Royale Events Limited and you are consenting to having your email address added to our mailing list. We will NOT share this information with any third parties. This information is for our use only. All prices include VAT. Once again Lost or stolen tickets cannot be duplicated or refunded.

If you have not received your tickets for an event that is one week away, do not panic. The vast majority of our music and festival tickets are not dispatched until 7 to 10 days before the event as this helps Ticket Royale and its client’s combat forgery and ticket loss.
